We present the III SOCANECO SYMPOSIUM which will be held in Arucas, Gran Canaria, on the days April 22, 23, 24 and 25, 2020. An annual meeting place for all ultrasound lovers.

SOCANECO PROGRAM 2020

Organized for the Canarian Society of Ultrasound (SOCANECO). SOCANECO is a member of the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB) and its responsibilities include the dissemination of Clinical Ultrasound among all medical specialties and in all healthcare environments. This edition continues with the same philosophy maintained for more than twelve years: having a good time for a few days around our passion, clinical ultrasound, having already initiated more than three hundred doctors in this field, as well as carrying out monographic and advanced courses.

The fundamental objective It is the transmission of the most up-to-date and innovative scientific knowledge in the diagnostic area through ultrasound, in order to develop the skills that make daily clinical practice a bastion of the standards of the best scientific evidence available, with a critical, innovative, multidisciplinary and integrative sense. Along with the members of SOCANECO who develop many of the activities, there will be a large group of teachers (Pablo Barceló, Ingrid Möller, Jesús Andrés Álvarez, Esperanza Ortigosa, José Carlos Igeño, Josep Fumadó…)
